Cloaks will be made with two-way stretch velvet in the color you choose.
There is an option for the cloak to have a lace lining as well for an additional cost. The lace option will be creators choice but will be aesthetically pleasing to match cloak color!
The cloaks are a ONE SIZE style and best fit sizes 2t-8
