TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
TAT for preorders is currently 45-50 business days, not including major holidays or weekends to give adequate time for us to order and receive the custom fabric for your order.
TAT DOES NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING TIME.
When placing an order from a specific drop your TAT will not start until the drop has closed, not when each individual order is placed during the drop.
BitzyBabes Customs is not responsible for incorrect shipping information so please make sure your address is correct before checking out. Should you need to change your shipping address please email BitzyBabes@yahoo.com prior to receiving notification of your shipping label being created or you will be responsible for any additional charges to create a new shipping label.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to items being handmade and custom there is a chance of a minor flaw/imperfection as our items are not mass produced.
We will only offer refund for orders per customer request in the chance your order can not be completed in the given TAT.
We will only offer refunds if your order can not be completed. For example: If ordering items with on hand fabric and we do not have the amount of fabric needed for an item or if you’re requesting a specific size that we can not make in a certain style.
We will only offer refunds or exchanges if there is a flaw that effects wear or sizing error due to our mistake. We will not refund any item if you have ordered the incorrect size so please make sure to check all sizing before placing order.
Once items have been shipped we are not responsible for lost,stolen, damaged, or missing packages that been marked delivered. If a refund or exchange should occur the items must be in the same they were upon receiving them. If your order is stolen after being delivered please file a police report. If your package arrives damaged in any way by the post office please let us know immediately so that we are able to file a claim through the postal service. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing order because BitzyBabes is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if it’s the one you provided on your order.
Please inform us by email within 24 hours of your order being delivered if there is an issue that BitzyBabes would be responsible for. Item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way if requesting a refund or replacement due to an issue on our end. Customer requesting the refund/replacement will be given a return shipping label and the item must be shipped back within 3-5 business days after receiving the return shipping label. If a refund is needed it will be issued once the item shows tracking and movement being returned.
BitzyBabes has the right to refuse service to anyone as well as refund any order without notice or explanation.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
We highly recommend machine washing with cold water, color safe, or delicate setting.
We recommend airdrying or tumble drying the lowest heat setting possible. We are not responsible for any shrinkage due to washing/drying.
