Refund policy

Refunds will be given for any outfit in an order that's unable to be may due to lack of fabric quantity.

If order is not shipped by the maximum TAT (Link Here) you may request a refund if you'd rather have that instead of the items you ordered.

Refunds will not be issued for any outfit/order due to everything being custom handmade unless there is a flaw in the outfit once received.
